Are you renting our 6p Mercedes Sprinter, 7p Volkswagen Crafter or 7p Renault Master, see below.


This is a standard text with a few important things regarding our own vans. Yes, all of it in our complete Terms and Conditions, but who’s really reading that? You should do that, because they do apply! To make it easier for you here in short the most important things to know:

– A ​rental day officially starts at 10:00 AM of the rental date until 9:00 AM the day after unless agreed on differently beforehand. However, we are super flexible in working around those times to make things easier for you and ourselves as long as our planning allows it. But just don’t assume having the van outside those times without communicating.

– Diesel​​: full tank at pick-up, full tank at drop-off. In case you drop-off the van with no full tank of diesel, we charge the full diesel costs plus VAT.

– Environment, this van has a modern diesel engine which is allowed access in all cities. But, in some cities you need an environmental record. The van is already registered for France, Germany, Brussels, Gent and London (not the inner city Congestion Charge). For other cities you are responsible for the correct registrations.

– AdBlue​​: Moderns diesel engines use AdBlue, the van won’t run without this stuff! So make sure to fill the designated AdBlue tank if the van asks you to. You can buy AdBlue at the larger petrol stations. The costs are on us.

– You’ll get the​​ ​invoice ​​afterwards, unless otherwise agreed on. Normally just the rental price as discussed, no surprises, except in case of damage, fines or diesel. For fines we charge €15,50 ex VAT administration costs.

– The van is fully​​ ​insured ​​with a deductible of €1000,- per damage case below the height of 2m; higher than 2m there is an higher deductible amount of €5000,-

– In case of​​ ​damage or​​ ​defects​​, whoever’s fault it is, please let us know asap, preferably with pictures and fill out a claim form. Same goes for little broken things, malfunctions or warning lights in the dashboard. In case you keep driving with a defect/damage to the van, you are fully liable for defects/damages arising from this.

– Roadside assistance​​: This van has an Autocrew roadside assistance pass, you’ll find the phone number on the keychain. Please always first try to call us in case of trouble. Whoever’s fault it is, we’ll try to get you on the road asap.
